At TrendlyVibes LTD, we want our customers to shop with confidence. This Refund Policy explains your cancellation, return, and refund rights when purchasing products from our online store.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason.

Please include your order number, full name, and the item you wish to return.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the item within 14 days of sending your cancellation request.


2. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging where possible
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, tags, and parts
  • Supported by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Please do not send any item back without receiving return instructions from us.


3. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your consumer rights.


4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs.

For items that are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, TrendlyVibes LTD will cover or reimburse the reasonable standard return shipping cost where applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.


5. RETURNS HANDLING

Customer returns may be handled through our logistics partner, Send2Hub, depending on the item and return reason.

Please note: this address should only be used if we specifically instruct you to return the item there. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed correctly.


6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items returned incomplete or without essential parts
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Gift cards, where applicable
  • Sealed hygiene-sensitive items if the seal has been broken after delivery
  • Items specifically marked as final sale, where legally permitted

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.


7. REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods, or from the date we receive evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the refund available in your account.


8. EXCHANGES

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all items.

If you need a different item, size, colour, or model, please contact us first. Where possible, we may help arrange a replacement. Otherwise, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.

We will do our best to cancel the order before fulfilment begins. However, if the order has already been processed or dispatched, you may need to follow the standard return process.
