At TrendlyVibes LTD, we sell curated home, kitchen, and smart living products to customers
Our logistics operations are supported by our logistics partner Send2Hub in Stoke-on-Trent. Send2Hub provides -based logistics management support, including warehouse storage, order fulfilment, domestic distribution, returns handling, item inspection, quality control, and re-sale management for eligible returned items.

We currently ship to customers within the Top 5
At this stage, we do not actively offer international shipping through our main checkout. If international shipping becomes available in the future, the applicable delivery terms, costs, and estimated timeframes will be shown clearly at checkout.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing includes order review, preparation, quality checks where applicable, packing, and dispatch coordination.
Orders are not usually processed on weekends or public holidays.

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be delivered in separate packages. This may happen for operational, stock, or logistics reasons.
You will not be charged extra if your order is split into more than one shipment.
